EziLab offers the Nucleic Acid Extraction System EZL-NS103, a bead DNA extractor that purifies up to 48 samples in a single 15–40 minute round using magnetic rods. Sample inputs from 20 to 500 µL and working volumes to 1000 µL suit swabs, blood and tissue lysates, bead recovery exceeds 98%, and well-to-well variation stays at or under 3% CV. Eight separate heating modules set lysis and elution temperatures per protocol, three-speed oscillation adjusts mixing to reagent volume, and an open platform accepts any magnetic bead kit. A 7-inch touchscreen with a graphical editor handles lidding, de-lidding and plate re-orientation, UV lamps and a built-in air duct decontaminate the deck between batches.
