Description
EziLab offers the Temperature Test Chamber EZL-TC153, a 1000 L thermal test chamber that runs from -40°C to +150°C and 20% to 98% RH inside a fully welded SUS304 stainless steel workspace of 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm. Fluctuation stays within ±0.5°C and uniformity within 2.0°C, heating averages 3°C per minute, and cooling averages 1°C per minute. Single-stage R404A refrigeration with air cooling and an armored SSR-controlled heater draw 13 kW. A programmable color touchscreen stores multi-step profiles, with RS485, USB, or LAN optional, while two sample rack layers, internal lighting, a lit tempered-glass window, two 50 mm lead holes, and four casters come standard. That cubic-meter workspace takes full assemblies, panels, and racks of parts that smaller chambers cannot hold. Engineers run thermal cycling, damp heat, and cold soak programs, powering boards through the lead holes. Material and stability studies run unattended on stored profiles. Semiconductor makers screen packaged devices and modules, while coating producers test adhesion and blistering under heat and humidity. Solar companies qualify panels, junction boxes, and connectors, and research labs and QC teams use this environmental chamber for large-sample durability work.
