EziLab offers the Thermal Imaging Camera EZL-TIC101, a handheld thermography unit that maps surface temperature from -20 to 550 °C without contact using a 160 by 120 infrared sensor sensitive to 40 mK changes. The 35 by 26 degree lens with fixed 0.5 m focus covers a panel in one frame, a 25 Hz frame rate keeps the picture smooth, and adjustable emissivity from 0.01 to 1.00 corrects for paint, metal or glass. Dual imaging blends the thermal frame with a 300,000 pixel visible photo on the 2.8-inch screen so hot spots align with real features. Images save as JPG to 8 GB storage and transfer over USB-C, a rechargeable 18650 cell runs 2–3 hours per charge.
