Description
EziLab offers the Gas Chromatography Mass Spectroscopy EZL-GCMS102, a quadrupole EI CI GC-MS that pairs a programmable GC oven with a mass detector that switches between electron ionization and positive or negative chemical ionization. The column oven spans RT +4 °C to 450 °C with ≤ ±0.1 °C control, 32 heating ramps up to 120 °C/min and cooling from 450 to 50 °C in 6 minutes, cutting cycle time. Two ultra-deactivated inlets run split, splitless and pulsed modes with electronic pressure control to ±0.001 psi and split ratios to 12,500:1. On the MS side, a molybdenum quadrupole with pre-rods covers 1.5–1200 u at 20,000 u/s, while a long-life channel electron multiplier delivers 1 pg OFN at S/N ≥ 2000:1 in EI and 200 fg OFN in NCI. An 8-inch Android touchscreen adds self-diagnosis and leak detection. Forensic, environmental, pharmaceutical, polymer and food testing laboratories use this GC-MS for trace-level compound identification. Uses cover drug residue confirmation, VOC and pesticide screening, metabolite profiling and polymer additive analysis. Choose it over EI-only systems when electronegative analytes need NCI sensitivity. Line it up against sibling models in the GC MS category, or open the Gas Chromatography Mass Spectroscopy page to review all parameters.
