Wavelength range spans 200 to 800 nm with 1 nm accuracy and spectral re under 3 nm, while minimum sample size of 0.5 to 2 uL reduces sample consumption for microvolume spectrometer workflows. Absorbance range covers 0.02 to 90A with 0.003 Abs precision, and nucleic acid detection spans 2 to 4500 ng/uL for dsDNA quantification. Measurement completes in under 8 seconds with PC connectivity for data output.
