Description
EziLab offers the Mini Centrifuge EZL-MC113, a dual-speed PCR plate spinner mini centrifuge that settles liquid to the bottom of 48-well 50 µL plates or four 5 mL tubes before downstream steps. Two fixed speeds give 1,200 g at 4,000 rpm and 2,000 g at 6,000 rpm, the timer runs from 20 seconds to 99 minutes, and a maintenance-free brushless DC motor reaches speed quickly without brushes to replace. Click-on rotors swap in seconds without tools, the electric lid lock releases automatically when the rotor stops, and start-up self-diagnosis recalls the previous run parameters. At about 2 kg, the unit sits beside thermal cyclers, in PCR hoods or on crowded benches. Molecular biology laboratories, diagnostic PCR units, forensic DNA labs, soil and environmental testing stations, seed and plant genotyping facilities and university teaching labs use this mini centrifuge for routine spin-down work. Typical tasks include collecting plate contents after sealing, removing air bubbles before thermal cycling, pelleting debris in strip tubes, quick spins of master mixes and clearing condensation from lids. Choose it over full-size microcentrifuges when plates, not tubes, are the daily format. Tube-only models sit under Mini Centrifuges, and the Mini Centrifuge page gives rotor and packing details.
