Portable Steam Sterilizer EZL-PS105 Catalog

Description

EziLab offers the Portable Steam Sterilizer EZL-PS105, a compact steam autoclave with an 18 L stainless chamber 280 mm across and 260 mm deep that sterilizes loads under pressurized saturated steam without external plumbing or a boiler. A 2 kW element, with dual heating options for mains or external heat, brings the chamber to any setpoint between 105 and 126 °C at 0.14–0.16 MPa, holds it within ±1 °C, and a 0–99 minute timer ends the cycle automatically. A safety valve lifts at 0.165 MPa, and an interlocked door cannot open while pressure remains inside. At 14 kg the whole unit lifts by its handles, travels in a vehicle, and runs from a standard socket without plumbing. Rural hospitals, public health centers, village health stations, factory and mine clinics, field research teams and small laboratories use this portable steam sterilizer where a fixed autoclave is impractical. Typical loads include surgical instruments, dressings and gauze, glassware, culture media, liquids in vented bottles and tattoo or dental tools. Choose it over benchtop pre-vacuum units when portability and a simple gravity cycle are the priority. Larger portable capacities appear under Portable Steam Sterilizer, and the Portable Steam Sterilizer page lists the packing dimensions.
