Description
EziLab offers the Dry Bath Incubator EZL-DBI101, a mini dry block heater that holds samples from room temperature +5°C to 100°C without a water bath. Choose it over a water bath when contamination, evaporation, or bench space are concerns, as the 145 × 113 × 110 mm, 0.5 kg unit sits beside a pipetting station and needs no water. Temperature accuracy and uniformity both hold within ±0.3°C with 0.1°C display resolution, so every tube sees the same conditions. A built-in timer runs from 1 second to 99 minutes 59 seconds, giving sub-minute control for brief denaturation pulses and heat-shock steps. Five interchangeable blocks ship as standard: 15 × 2.0 mL, 15 × 1.5 mL, 24 × 0.5 mL, and two 32 × 0.2 mL blocks for PCR 8-tube strips and ELISA 8-well strips. Heating from 40 to 100°C takes up to 20 minutes on 40 W, and over-temperature protection guards samples.
