Accuracy reaches ±1.5°C above 0°C and ±3°C below 0°C, with 0.1°C resolution, 1% or 1°C repeatability, and a 5 to 14 μm spectral band. Adjustable emissivity from 0.1 to 1.0 corrects readings across metals, plastics, and coated surfaces, and Celsius/Fahrenheit conversion suits international teams. A backlit colour LCD remains readable in dim plant areas, and the rugged 140 × 90 × 38 mm housing weighs just 0.202 kg.
