Description
EziLab offers the Liquid Particle Counter EZL-LPC100, a laser particle counter that measures contamination in liquid samples from 0.8 to 600 μm without staining. An integrated semiconductor laser sensor delivers direct counts with sensitivity of 0.8 μm or 3 μm and resolution below 10% under GB/T18854 and ISO 11171, while 8 to 64 optional detection channels sort particles into detailed size bands. Sampling volume adjusts from 0.2 to 1000 mL in 0.1 mL steps with better than ±0.5% accuracy, and sampling speed runs from 5 to 80 mL/min. Samples up to 350 cSt viscosity can be tested, covering both aqueous solutions and heavier oils. A real-time LCD interface, built-in data analysis system, multi-standard calibration, and automated pollution monitoring reports simplify results review, and an equipped air purification system protects measurement integrity. In industrial settings, pharmaceutical laboratories use this liquid particle analyzer for injectable drug quality control and parenteral solution testing. Aviation, aerospace, and transportation operators check hydraulic and fuel cleanliness, power plants and petroleum refineries monitor lubricating and insulating oils, and chemical, metallurgy, and manufacturing facilities track process fluid contamination to protect equipment and product quality. See the Liquid Particle Counter and Liquid Particle Counter EZL-LPC100 pages for full specifications.
