Description
EziLab offers the Muffle Furnace EZL-MF102, a compact laboratory ashing furnace with a 4.5 L box chamber that reaches 1200°C and runs continuously up to 1150°C. Choose it over a tube furnace when crucible or tray samples need no controlled atmosphere, and when bench space calls for a 390 × 600 × 430 mm footprint. The ceramic fiber chamber heats at up to 20°C/min, so a 1000°C ashing cycle reaches temperature in under an hour, while low thermal mass cuts power use from the 3 kW element. A K type thermocouple and PID control hold temperature within ±1°C, and the 7-inch colour touch screen shows set and current temperatures side by side for programmable ramp-and-soak profiles. A double-layer steel casing with fan cooling keeps the outer surface below 50°C, and over-temperature limits and sensor alarms protect samples and staff. A vent hole releases waste gas during sintering.
