Description
EziLab offers the X-ray Fluorescence Sulfur in Oil Analyzer EZL-XRF101, a 4.5 kg XRF analyzer that measures sulfur from 5 to 50,000 ppm with a 20 ppm detection limit. Each test takes 30 to 130 seconds, and results export over USB 2.0. The 212 × 258 × 258 mm unit works from -20°C to +50°C at up to 90% humidity, and ships with 50 sample cups, film assembly tools, and a bag of X-ray film. Its light weight and wide temperature window let crews carry it from the lab to terminals, tank farms, and field sites. Operators fill a cup, seal it with X-ray film, and load it for a non-destructive reading, so samples stay intact. Fast cycles let one sulfur analyzer screen incoming loads, blend components, and finished fuels in quick succession. XRF testing needs no combustion or reagents, keeping running costs low. Refineries confirm diesel, gasoline, and fuel oil meet sulfur limits before release, while fuel terminals verify incoming shipments. Coal chemical plants check feedstocks and products, and petrochemical QC labs and research centers run this XRF machine for routine sulfur control. See the Sulfur Content Testers and X-ray Fluorescence Sulfur in Oil Analyzer pages for full specifications.
