Description
EziLab offers the Table Top Steam Sterilizer EZL-ST64, a 50 L benchtop autoclave that doubles the capacity of standard 20 to 24 L units while staying on the countertop. Choose it when daily instrument batches outgrow a small autoclave but floor space or budget rules out a floor-standing model, and choose a pulse vacuum unit instead when loads are wrapped, porous, or hollow. The ɸ340 × 550 mm stainless steel chamber sterilizes from 105 to 134°C at 0.22 MPa with ≤ ±1°C heat uniformity, and the rapid cycle completes sterilization in 4 to 6 minutes at 134°C. Four 500 × 250 × 30 mm sterilizing plates organize instruments, glassware, and media in layers. Fully automatic microcomputer control handles water addition, sterilization, and dry steam discharge, with automatic purging keeping the chamber clean. A rapid action door with a safety lock and leak-proof gasket seals tightly on each cycle. Hospitals, clinics, and dental practices sterilize solid instruments between patient appointments, pharmacy QC, QA, and R&D labs prepare sterile tools and media, biotechnology labs process glassware, and chemical, environmental, and mineral water plant laboratories sterilize sampling equipment.
