Description
EziLab offers the Upright Freeze Dryer EZL-FDF501, a laboratory lyophilizer with 0.18 m² of drying area, a -50°C cold trap (optional -80°C), and vacuum down to 5 Pa. It captures 6 kg of water per 24 hours, and electric defrosting clears the trap between runs. A PID controller runs CFC-free refrigeration with a pre-freezing stage, lets operators adjust the program mid-run, and offers a communication interface for data links. A T-shaped frame with 12 rubber-valve ports takes the supplied eggplant flasks from 100 to 1000 ml, three of each size, so shell-frozen samples dry alongside shelf loads. That flexibility makes this vacuum freeze dryer suited to proteins, cultures, plant extracts, and food samples, while the supplied vacuum pump and regulator hold steady pressure through long cycles. Optional 600 ml wide-mouth bottles expand flask capacity.
