Vertical Pressure Steam Sterilizer EZL-VPS105 Catalog

Description

EziLab offers the Vertical Pressure Steam Sterilizer EZL-VPS105, a 50 L vertical autoclave for hospitals and clinical labs that need more daily capacity than 35 L models without giving up floor space. Choose a vertical, top-loading design over horizontal autoclaves when the room has height but little floor area, since the 710 × 460 mm footprint holds a Φ340 × 550 mm chamber. The unit sterilizes at 134°C and 0.22 MPa working pressure, with a 0.23 MPa maximum, and holds heat average within ±1°C so the whole load sees the same conditions. A timer from 0 to 99 minutes sets sterilization exposure time, and the steam control system manages heating from two 1.5 kW elements. Dual storage baskets separate glassware, media, and disposables for even steam contact, while a secure door lock keeps the lid closed under pressure. A digital LCD panel shows cycle status, and auto standby mode cuts power between runs. Clinical laboratories sterilize glassware, cultures, and specimen containers, pharmaceutical plants process raw materials, healthcare facilities treat biological materials and disposables, biotechnology labs prepare media, and microbiology labs decontaminate cultures before disposal.
