EziLab offers the Digital Water Bath EZL-DW192, a 22 L thermostatic water bath for heating-only lab work such as incubation, sample warming, thawing, and reagent conditioning. Choose it over a refrigerated circulator when protocols never run below room temperature, since a heating-only build keeps cost and maintenance down. Temperature runs from ambient +5°C to 98°C with ±1°C accuracy, controlled by intelligent PID adjustment, an SSR regulator, and a PT-100 sensor that limit overshoot during heat-up. A 2 kW heater warms the 500 × 300 × 150 mm stainless steel tank, and programmable temperature and time settings with a timer up to 99 hours 59 minutes support overnight and multi-day incubations. An adjustable inner groove with a lifting bracket positions racks, flasks, and tube holders at the right water depth, while the LCD display shows setpoint and live temperature. Over-temperature protection with an alarm and automatic cut-off protects samples and the heater.
