EziLab offers the Sample Concentrator EZL-SC124, a dual-block nitrogen evaporator that dries and concentrates solvent extracts by directing a gas stream onto heated samples. Two independent heating blocks process two batches at once, cutting preparation time roughly in half compared with single-block units. Choose it when LC-MS, GC, or HPLC workflows queue more extracts than one block can finish in a shift. Block temperature runs from room temperature +5°C to 160°C, holding ±0.5°C at 40°C and ±1°C at 120°C with ±0.5°C uniformity, so heat-sensitive analytes stay protected while high-boiling solvents evaporate. Heating from 25 to 160°C takes 15 minutes or less, and the timer runs up to 99 hours 59 minutes or continuous operation. 200 mm needles deliver gas at up to 15 L/min and 0.1 MPa, directing flow across the liquid surface to speed evaporation without splashing. The compact 260 × 220 × 450 mm, 7.5 kg frame suits fume hood use. Pharmaceutical and bioanalytical labs prepare samples for drug screening and LC-MS analysis, clinical teams concentrate hormone extracts, food and environmental labs process residue and contaminant samples, and commodity inspection agencies prepare extracts for regulatory testing. See the Sample Concentrator and Sample Concentrator EZL-SC124 pages for full specifications.
