Description
EziLab offers the Dry Bath Incubator EZL-DBI104, a heating block with active cooling that sets from -10°C to 100°C and controls from room temperature -30°C to 100°C. Temperature stays within ≤±0.3°C uniformity, with 0.1°C display resolution. The block heats from 25°C to 100°C in 10 minutes or less, cools back to 25°C in 10 minutes or less, and drops 30°C below room temperature in 25 minutes or less. An AUTO 4°C function holds finished samples cold, and multi-point programs run up to 5 steps over as many as 99 cycles. Auto resume after power loss keeps protocols on track, and over-temperature protection guards samples. Optional blocks fit 0.2 ml PCR tubes, 0.5 to 50 ml tubes, and 96-well ELISA plates. The compact 260 × 195 × 150 mm, 4.5 kg unit draws 150 W. As a dry block heater that also chills, it handles denaturing, annealing, enzyme digestion, and cold storage in one unit without water baths or ice. Clinical labs warm and hold samples for testing, biotechnology labs run enzyme reactions, and molecular biology research labs denature DNA, prepare PCR samples, and keep reagents at 4°C.
