Description
EziLab offers the Floor Model Centrifuge EZL-FMC101, a blood bank centrifuge that reaches 6000 rpm and 6080 × g, with a maximum capacity of 4 × 1000 ml. Speed holds within ±10 rpm, the timer runs from 1 to 99 minutes 59 seconds, and noise stays at 55 dB(A) or less. A brushless DC motor under microprocessor control, adjustable acceleration and deceleration, and an electronic lid lock run on 1050 W in a 176 kg, 720 × 620 × 890 mm frame. Rotors include a 12 × 15 ml angle rotor at 6000 rpm and swing buckets for 4 × 600, 4 × 800, 6 × 600, and 4 × 1000 ml at 4000 rpm, plus 16 adapters. Swing buckets lay tubes flat at speed, giving level layers when separating whole blood into plasma, buffy coat, and red cells. Adapters fit 75 mm and 100 mm blood tubes. Soft deceleration keeps layers from remixing. Blood banks and plasma fractionation centers process donations in bulk, while industrial testing labs spin large sample batches. Environmental units separate sludge and water samples, and high-throughput research programs use this floor centrifuge. See the Floor Model Centrifuges and Floor Model Centrifuge pages for full specifications.
