Infrared Thermometer EZL-IT114 Catalog

Description

EziLab offers the Infrared Thermometer EZL-IT114, a non contact food thermometer and general inspection gun that reads surface temperature from -50 to 590 °C in half a second without touching the target. The 12:1 optics resolve a 25 mm spot at 300 mm for long-distance targeting, tolerance holds to ±2 °C above freezing and ±3 °C below, and a 5–14 µm detector repeats within 1% or 1 °C with 0.1 °C steps on a color LCD. Emissivity adjusts from 0.1 to 1.0, an over-temperature alert sounds when a preset limit is crossed, readings switch between °C and °F, and multiple modes cover spot, maximum and continuous scanning with stored values. The 202 g body fits a coat pocket. Commercial kitchens, food processors, cold chain operators, HVAC and refrigeration technicians, electrical maintenance crews, automotive workshops and laboratory staff use this infrared thermometer for fast checks where probes are impractical. Typical readings include grill and fryer surfaces, chilled cabinets, van interiors, duct outlets, breaker panels, brake rotors and vessels on hot plates. Choose it over a probe thermometer when speed and hygiene both matter. For the mode list, see the Infrared Thermometer page; higher-range and ambient-sensing siblings are compared under Infrared Thermometer.
