Description
EziLab offers the Fume Hood EZL-FH102, a chemical resistant fume hood with a 1285 × 595 × 1185 mm work chamber inside a 1500 × 850 × 2350 mm cabinet. Exhaust volume runs from 1080 to 1700 m³/h, holding face velocity between 0.4 and 0.6 m/s while noise stays below 60 dB. Corrosion-resistant PP surfaces, a physiochemical epoxy resin worktop in 13, 16, or 19 mm thickness, and anti-explosion toughened glass that stops at any height come standard. Splash-proof safety sockets with self-closing lids and a PVC ergonomic handle complete the 270 kg unit. The tight 0.4 to 0.6 m/s face velocity band captures vapors without strong drafts that disturb flames, balances, or powders at the sash. Staff raise the glass for setup, then lower it to any working height to shield the face during reactions. The epoxy resin top resists acids, bases, and solvents. Chemical labs run acid digestions, solvent extractions, and reactions that release toxic vapors, while pharmaceutical teams weigh and dissolve volatile ingredients.
