Description
EziLab offers the Analytical HPLC System EZL-AHS52, a modular liquid chromatograph built for high-pressure separation with UV-Visible detection and optional fluorescence, refractive index, and electrochemical detectors. The pump reaches up to 75 MPa with a flow range of 0.0000 to 12.0000 mL/min in 0.0001 mL/min steps, holding ±0.20% flow accuracy, ≤0.075% RSD flow stability, and ≤0.75% gradient error. A 108-position autosampler (2 × 54 vials, 2 mL) also accepts 96-well plates, delivering ≤0.3% RSD injection repeatability, ≤0.002% cross contamination, and optional cooling from 4 to 40°C. The column oven controls temperature from 4 to 90°C with ±0.03°C/h stability, and the system ships with a column oven, three columns, and a solvent organiser. Flow-to-needle injection, optimized needle cleaning, and automated injection control support unattended batch runs across full shifts, freeing analysts for other tasks.
