Description
EziLab offers the Microplate Reader EZL-MR102, an 8-channel filter based ELISA plate reader that reads 96 or 48 well plates by passing filtered halogen light through each well. Four fitted filters at 405, 450, 492 and 630 nm cover common chromogens, four spare slots extend coverage across 400–800 nm, and single or dual wavelength modes finish a plate in 3 or 6 seconds. Readings span 0.000 to 4.000 A in 0.001 A steps with ±0.008 A tolerance, while three-speed linear shaking mixes reagents. Auto lamp adjustment and self-calibration run at start-up, while a 7-inch touchscreen stores 500 test protocols and 200,000 results with patient details. DVI, VGA, network, USB and RS-232 ports link to LIS or printers. Hospital immunology departments, diagnostic laboratories, blood screening centers, vaccine producers, veterinary labs and university life science groups use this microplate reader for high-volume assays. Typical tests include ELISA for hepatitis, HIV and TORCH markers, hormone panels, allergen IgE, reporter gene assays, Bradford and BCA protein quantification and DNA estimation.
