Description
EziLab offers the Standard Freeze Dryer EZL-FD100, a laboratory lyophilizer with a -90°C condenser, ≤0.01 mbar ultimate vacuum, and up to 0.55 m² of shelf area for drying heat-sensitive samples without damage. Choose a -90°C unit over -50°C or -80°C models when samples contain organic solvents or low-freezing-point components, since the colder condenser traps vapors that warmer coils let through to the pump. The 10 L cold trap collects up to 8 kg of ice per 24 hours, and Φ260 mm shelves stack from 3 to 10 layers so labs scale load size to each batch. A two-stage rotary vane pump pulls 8 m³/h to an ultimate 5 × 10⁻³ mbar, with vacuum control holding within ≤0.1 mbar across the cycle. A transparent drying chamber shows sample progress, and automatic pressure relief ends each cycle safely. Optional stainless steel trays, Φ200 mm electric heated shelves, and a vial capping device extend the unit to vial work and faster secondary drying.
