Description

EziLab offers the Temperature Test Chamber EZL-TC152, a 420 L thermal cycling chamber that runs from -40°C to +150°C and 20 to 98% RH. It holds temperature fluctuation to ±0.5°C with uniformity of ≤2.0°C, heating at an average of 3°C/min and cooling at 1°C/min. A single-stage enclosed compressor with R404A refrigerant handles cooling, while armored heaters run under SSR control and air circulation speed adjusts to the load. The fully welded SUS304 stainless steel interior measures 700 × 750 × 800 mm and includes two sample rack layers, internal lighting, a lit tempered-glass window, and two 50 mm lead holes for test cables. A programmable color LCD touchscreen sets multi-step profiles and alarms, and RS485 comes standard, with USB or LAN optional. Over-temperature protection and a moisture condensation system safeguard samples. As a climatic chamber, it combines temperature and humidity stress for cycling, accelerated aging, and validation tests. Automotive suppliers test batteries, sensors, and electronic components, while aerospace teams verify avionics and structural parts against temperature extremes.
