EziLab offers the Thermal Imaging Camera EZL-TIC103, an industrial thermal imager with a 320 × 240 pixel infrared detector that maps surface temperatures from -20 to 550°C across a full scene instead of a single spot. Choose it over lower-pixel models when fault finding hinges on spotting small hot joints, loose connections, or early bearing wear, since 76,800 measurement points reveal detail that coarse images miss. Thermal sensitivity of ≤50 mK separates temperature differences of 0.05°C, and accuracy holds at ±2°C across an 8 to 14 μm spectral band. A wide 56° × 42° field of view captures full panels and motor groups, while a 25 Hz frame rate keeps live images smooth. A 300,000-pixel visual camera adds dual sensor output for clear reports, and five color palettes suit different targets. Images save as JPG to 8 GB storage and transfer by USB Type-C, and a rechargeable 18650 battery runs 2 to 3 hours.
