Description
EziLab offers the Vertical Pressure Steam Sterilizer EZL-VPS101, a 35 L hospital autoclave that reaches 134°C at a working pressure of 0.22 MPa, with a 0.23 MPa ceiling and heat spread held within 1°C. The 318 by 450 mm chamber holds two steel baskets, the timer runs from 0 to 99 minutes, and a 2.5 kW heater powers each cycle. An LCD display, automatic air and steam discharge, and over-temperature and over-pressure protection sit in a 470 by 450 by 1020 mm body weighing 63 kg. Automatic air removal lets steam reach all surfaces fast, while energy-saving standby mode cuts power draw between loads. Staff load instruments, glassware, surgical tools, and culture media in the baskets, set time and temperature, and leave the cycle to finish on its own. Other heat-resistant materials fit too. Hospitals and clinics use this vertical autoclave to turn around surgical instruments between procedures, while research laboratories sterilize glassware and media for culture work.
