EziLab offers the Microwave Digester EZL-MD92, an eight-vessel acid digestion microwave that dissolves solid and liquid samples in a 45 L PFA-sprayed cavity for downstream elemental analysis. Each TFM1700 inner liner sits inside a PEEK outer sleeve, letting runs reach 300 °C and 6 MPa with 0.1 °C and 0.01 MPa control steps. A 1200 W magnetron feeds a 360° rotating carousel so all eight positions heat alike, automatic furnace protection shuts the field down on faults, and a signal lamp confirms microwave output. Cooling to handling temperature takes 25 minutes or less, leakage stays at or below 0.3 mW/cm², and the touchscreen shows safety status. Food inspection bodies, pharmaceutical QC departments, environmental testing labs, geological survey offices, biological research centers and chemical producers use this microwave digester as pretreatment for AFS, AAS, ICP, ICP-MS, GC-MS and LC-MS work. Tasks cover heavy metal digestion in grain and seafood, elemental impurity prep for tablets, soil and sediment digestion, rock and ore breakdown, tissue and plant matter processing, and polymer ashing. Choose it over the six-vessel sibling when batch throughput matters more than bench footprint. Other vessel counts are listed under Microwave Digesters, while the Microwave Digester page details packaging and weight.
