Plasma Sterilizer EZL-PL81

EziLab offers the Plasma Sterilizer EZL-PL81, a low temperature sterilizer with a 50 L aluminum chamber and 33 L of usable space. It works at 35–55°C, so heat- and moisture-sensitive items can be processed without steam. The short cycle runs in 17 minutes on one capsule and the standard cycle in 31 minutes on two, and loads need no aeration or draining afterward. Soft heating spreads temperature evenly, upgraded vacuum technology tolerates high chamber humidity with fewer cancelled cycles, and retractable shelves speed loading. A microprocessor controller runs from a 7-inch TFT touchscreen with simple menus, while a built-in impact printer and 32 MB memory card record each cycle. Four freestanding castors move the 215 kg unit between rooms. This plasma sterilization system suits endoscopes, cameras, cables, plastics, and electronic instruments that would warp or corrode in an autoclave, and items are ready for use as soon as the cycle ends.
