EziLab offers the Automatic Glassware Washer EZL-GW212, a lab glassware washer with a 126 L chamber of 316L stainless steel inside a 304 stainless steel shell. A 320 L/min circulation pump drives water through one cleaning layer at 50 to 93°C, while dual temperature control holds wash and rinse stages at separate set temperatures. Thirty-five default programs and 100 user-defined programs cover routine and specialty loads, and two peristaltic pumps dose detergent and neutralizer automatically. Adjustable vessel brackets hold flasks, beakers, bottles, and tubes, and the 540 × 550 × 402 mm cavity takes mixed loads. A condensing unit limits steam release into the lab, and the ICA module supports cycle checks. Password access control protects programs, and USB export, RS232 printing, and micro printer support provide cycle records. As a laboratory dishwasher, it replaces hand scrubbing with repeatable, documented cleaning that cuts residue, breakage, and staff time.
