Horizontal Autoclave EZL-CH102 Catalog

Description

EziLab offers the Horizontal Autoclave EZL-CH102, a 200 L PLC lab autoclave with a cylindrical 500 by 1000 mm chamber made from 304 stainless steel. A 12 kW heater built from 316 stainless steel drives pressure from 0.9 to 2.1 bar, and water fills manually or through a piped supply. The PLC shows temperature and pressure on a digital display, with separate 0 to 60 minute sterilization and drying timers. Overpressure protection and a safe pressure release system guard staff during venting, and real-time status on the display shows each cycle stage. The long horizontal chamber takes full instrument trays, glassware racks, media bottles, and waste bags in one load, so this laboratory autoclave cuts the number of runs per day. Easy maintenance access keeps downtime short between cycles. It works as a steam sterilizer for wrapped and unwrapped loads. Hospitals and clinics sterilize surgical and medical instruments, dental practices process handpieces and trays, and research labs decontaminate media, glassware, and biohazard waste. Central sterile departments outgrowing 150 L units treat this large autoclave as a step up. This 12 kW autoclave machine needs a dedicated, matching electrical supply. See the Horizontal Autoclaves and Horizontal Autoclave pages for full specifications.
