Temperature control spans 0–300°C with 0.1°C control variation, while pressure control range covers 0–6 MPa with 0.01 MPa control variation. A 50L oven chamber helps manage multi-method schedules, and PFA protective spraying reduces chemical exposure inside the cavity. Cooling time remains within 25 minutes for repeat cycles, with microwave leakage staying at or below 0.3 mW/cm² for safer operation.
