EziLab Automatic Rotary Evaporator EZL-RE37 handles pilot-scale evaporation with a 20L rotating bottle and 10L collecting bottle for laboratory distillation workflows across pharmaceutical, chemical, and biological production environments. Rotation speed range is 10–130 rpm for controlled film evaporation, with evaporation capability reaching 5 L/h for water and 11 L/h for alcohol. Achievable vacuum reaches 0.098 MPa for low-pressure solvent removal, and bath temperature range reaches 0–399°C with 1°C variation on an LCD. Automatic elevating provides 190 mm stroke for easier flask positioning, and double PTFE sealing helps maintain vacuum performance during continuous processing.
